3D PRINTED FULLY CUSTOM BRACKETS

LightForce's 3D printed clear ceramic brackets are fully personalized to your patient's individual tooth anatomy and bite. They are currently available in 0.018", 0.020", and 0.022" slot sizes, as well as bidimensional configurations. The brackets can also be customized with optional distal hooks on upper lateral incisors, lower cuspids, and lower bicuspids.

LightForce’s fully custom, 3D printed buccal tubes for first and second molars ensure that the straight wire appliance can be achieved for the full arch. Tubes come in two sizes—short and regular—to best fit each case. The key benefits of fully customized buccal tubes include better anchorage, more planning flexibility, and the ability to maximize incisor retraction.

LIGHTTRAY BY LIGHTFORCE

The LightTray is a fully personalized 3D-printed indirect bonding (IDB) tray. The LightTray comes pre-loaded with LightForce’s proprietary 3D-printed LightBrackets which are optimized for bonding accuracy and the best possible clinical user experience.

The LightTray bonding experience aims to increase efficiency by allowing orthodontists the freedom to delegate initial bondings and rebonds to certified members of their clinical team (where permitted by state law).

Maximize the benefits of 3D printing precision with personalized LightTray for Turbos. LightTray for Turbos are digitally designed to precisely open the patient’s bite to the desired amount, preventing excessive and undesired bite opening. Personalized turbos can be designed for placement on the incisors, canines, or molars.
